Return Policy

Golcha Gems is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, while also providing reliable security measures and efficient customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you may choose to return the order.

Note:

  • For international orders, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges.
  • Returns or exchanges can only be made physically at our store.

7-Day Return Policy (Domestic Orders Only)

  • If the delivered order is in a damaged condition or does not meet your expectations, you may return the product unused, in its original packaging, along with the invoice, and receive a refund.

Return Charges

  • For domestic orders within India, our courier partner will collect the product from the provided address at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

  • Customers should wait for confirmation from us before returning the product.
  • All products must be returned in their original, unaltered, and unused condition, and customers should include the invoice or guarantee card in the return package.
  • Returns without the necessary documentation will not be processed.

Note: Requests for returns will not be entertained after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Refund Policy

Domestic Orders

  • We will initiate the refund process as soon as we receive the returned product.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all original tags and invoice.
  • If these conditions are not met, a refund may not be possible.
  • Once the refund process is initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your bank account.
  • For domestic orders, we offer a 100% refund.
  • The refunded amount will be processed within 7–15 working days after we receive the returned product(s) at our warehouse.

International Orders

  • Unfortunately, we currently do not offer refunds for international orders.
