SHIPPING POLICY

1. Document Requirement for High-Value Purchases

• For any purchase above ₹50,000, customers must provide a government-recognized identity document.
• The document must be submitted in the manner specified by Golcha Gems at the time of placing the order.
• If the required document is not provided, the order will be cancelled automatically.

2. PAN Card Requirement for Domestic Shipments

• • • For all domestic shipments exceeding ₹2,00,000, customers are required to enter their PAN card number.
    • The billing name must exactly match the name on the PAN card.
    • If the details do not match, the PAN card cannot be verified, and the customer will not be able to proceed with the order.
